David Lynn, M.Ed., N.C.C., is a nationally known author and trainer in the areas of prevention and youth development. He has authored numerous books, articles, and learning games in the area of youth development, recovery and prevention. He has worked in numerous states, training professionals in the BreakAway framework. He is co-creator, with William Lofquist of the professional learning game, The Prevention Dimension and the BreakAway workbook. He has been involved in community development work throughout his career. He was managing editor of NEW DESIGNS for Youth Development, a journal focused on community development approaches to youth development.
